“I have created the blacksmith who fans the coals beneath the forge and makes the weapons of destruction. And I have created the armies that destroy. But in that coming day no weapon turned against you will succeed. You will silence every voice raised up to accuse you. These benefits are enjoyed by the servants of the Lord; their vindication will come from me. I, the Lord, have spoken!
— Isaiah 54:16-17

Mission Statement

The Forge exists to carry out the ministry of reconciliation described in 2 Corinthians 5:11-21 in the lives of students in the North Sedgwick County area.

We believe their are three relationships in students' lives that are in need of this ministry of reconciliation:

       1. Their relationship with God (Redemption)
       2. Their relationship with others (Community)
       3. Their relationship within themselves (Identity)

The Forge is held every Wednesday evening from 6:30-8:00pm at Faith Church. The first thirty minutes are spent just hanging out and enjoying one another's company. We have free food every week, as well as open gym and other activities. Following that time, we worship together and listen to teaching from the Bible.

All of our adult student leaders have gone through a thorough background check to ensure safety for our students. Come and join us on Wednesday night: we'd love to have you!
